Instructions
Step 1: Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces
Step 2: Slice the carrot and bell pepper into thin strips
Step 3: Chop the broccoli into small florets
Step 4: Mince the garlic and grate the ginger
Step 5: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat
Step 6: Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until lightly golden and cooked through
Step 7: Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant
Step 8: Toss in broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper; stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender
Step 9: Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), honey, and cornstarch slurry in a small bowl; pour over the chicken and vegetables.Stir until sauce thickens slightly.
Step 10: Drizzle with sesame oil and season with black pepper
Step 11: Transfer the stir-fry to a serving dish
Step 12: Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds
