Instructions
tep 1: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with cranberry sauce until smooth.
Step 3: Stir in finely chopped chives, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
Step 5: Sprinkle finely chopped rosemary and crushed walnuts on top, if using.
Step 6: Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
Step 7: Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
Step 8: Remove from fridge and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
Step 9: Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter with optional fresh vegetables or olives.
Step 10: Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to serve.
