3: Step: Gradually add flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing until a soft dough forms.

5: Step: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1–1.5 hours or until doubled.

7: Step: Punch down dough and divide into 12 equal portions; roll into balls.
8: Step: Mix softened butter, minced garlic, and parsley to make garlic butter.
9: Step: Flatten each dough ball slightly, place cheese in the center, and fold to seal.
10: Step: Place rolls on a greased baking tray and brush tops with garlic butter.
11: Step: Bake 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted inside.
12: Step: Optional: Brush remaining garlic butter on top immediately after baking.

Notes
You can substitute mozzarella with cheddar or gouda for a different flavor.
For a vegan version, use plant-based cheese and butter alternatives.
Make sure to roast the garlic until golden brown for the best sweet flavor.
Serve immediately for the gooey, cheesy texture; leftovers can be reheated in the oven.
Feel free to pair with pasta, soups, or as a side for hearty dinners.
