Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Potatoes Diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb Smoked sausage Sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For roasting potatoes
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix About 1 oz
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder Optional
  • 1 tsp Onion powder Optional
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Phase 1 / Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • Phase 1 / Step 2: Dice potatoes into 1-inch cubes and slice smoked sausage into 1/2-inch pieces
  • Phase 1 / Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
  • Phase 2 / Step 1: Spread seasoned potatoes evenly in a 9x13-inch baking dish
  • Phase 2 / Step 2: Scatter sliced smoked sausage over the potatoes
  • Phase 2 / Step 3: Cover with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly
