  • 1 Skillet Medium size, for cooking beef
  • 1 Baking sheet For baking the taco sticks
  • 1 Rolling Pin To roll out the pizza dough
  • 1 Mixing spoon/spatula For stirring and mixing
  • 1 Brush To brush melted butter on top

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Refrigerated pizza dough Use gluten-free dough if needed
  • 1 lb Ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or plant-based meat
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1.5 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter For brushing on top
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder For sprinkling on top
  • To taste Salsa For serving
  • To taste Sour cream For serving

Instructions
 

  • Phase 1 / Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Phase 1 / Step 2: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned

  • Phase 2 / Step 1: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface

  • Phase 2 / Step 3: Spoon beef and shredded cheese onto each strip
  • Phase 2 / Step 4: Roll the strips into sticks and seal the edges
  • Phase 3 / Step 1: Place the taco sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet
